1. UV Resistant: Protects against discoloration and aging from sun exposure.

2. Anti-Glare & Shading: Reduces lamp reflections and improves daytime visibility (recommended shading ≥75%).

3. Textured Surface: Diffused finish minimizes glare and enhances viewing comfort.

4. Water Drainage: Built-in grooves and caps help quickly channel rainwater away.

5. Dust Protection: Structural caps and channels reduce dust buildup and protect LEDs.

Material & Surface Treatment

1. Material: PC + 10% GF with UV stabilizers and flame retardants (UL94-V0 rated). Durable, anti-deformation, and UV resistant.

2. Finish: Matte black anti-UV coating for low reflectivity and uniform appearance.

3. Integrated Design: Includes visor and anti-mosaic textures to ensure visual consistency and environmental protection.

Buyer's Guide & Technical Notes

1. To help us match the correct mask model, please provide the following:

 Pixel pitch

 Mask dimensions

 LED lamp specifications

 Screw hole positions

 Clear mask photos

Example: P3.91, indoor screen, front mask photo + hole layout.

Tip: Please provide the exact pixel pitch — e.g., P3.91 should not be mistaken as P3.

If you're unsure of the mask specifications, simply send us basic screen information (pixel pitch, indoor/outdoor, quantity needed)

along with clear photos. We'll help analyze and confirm the right model for you.

2. Due to mold variations among manufacturers, mixing masks from different batches may result in slight texture or color differences.

For better visual consistency, we recommend replacing all masks on the same screen if uniform appearance is important.

3. Sprayed vs. Unsprayed Masks: Sprayed masks have a matte black, non-reflective finish, improving contrast and surface consistency. 

Unsprayed masks may reflect light and highlight imperfections. For high image quality requirements, sprayed masks are recommended.
