Pin counts: 8P, 10P, 16P, 20P, 26P, 30P, 36P, 40P, 50P

Length: 200mm–2000mm (custom lengths available)

Special types: 1-to-2 flat cable, color-coded flat cables, UL-certified high-end flat cables, etc

To order, please provide:

-Pin count (e.g., 16P)

-Cable length (e.g., 200mm)

-Connector pitch

-Module interface photo

Example: 16P cable, 200mm length, 2.54mm pitch, with interface photo – 50 pcs

4.Flat Cable Replacement Process

1)Diagnose the Issue

-Check for loose, bent, or oxidized cables

-Use substitution testing: swap with a known good cable to verify

2) Replacement Steps

-Power off and remove old cable; clean the connector area

-Align the new cable’s contact fingers with the socket; press gently into place

-Avoid bending the cable during installation

Notes:

-Ensure proper orientation; avoid reverse connection

5. Fixing Contact Issues with Flat Cables

Reconnect: Gently remove and reinsert the cable to reestablish contact

Replace: If contact is still unstable, replace the cable with a new one

Clean: Use alcohol or electronic cleaner to remove dust or oxidation (avoid moisture buildup)

If the issue remains unresolved, the problem may lie in the power supply or receiving card.
